Q: Best Xmas movie to show Chinese??
and dont say die hard. I Know its by far the best xmas movie ever made but..... kinda looking to show the christmas side more...

Bad Santa captures a lot of the xmas spirit. Alternatively Donald Ducks Christmas Favorites for the younger audience.

oh yeah, but i watched it last night! Its called National Lampoons Christmas Vacation!
I'm a Peanuts and Charlie Brown fan and their Christmas shows always did it for me.
when I was a kid we loved watching that movie around Christmas time,,, the one where Dick Van Dyke was a Chimney Sweep in London and the kids our age were in it....... brings back memories, eh?...

Yep. Mary Poppins. A film of magnificence. Don't know if it was about Christmas though. Seem to recall it was about...Feed the birds, tuppence a bag... And then the massive impact of compound interest.
Tim Burton's The Nightmare Before Christmas
Can't help but see the similarities; the Chinese are like the characters in Halloween-Land (the environment here is also strikes a close resemblance to Halloween-Land too, ha), they only know Halloween and nothing about Christmas, but when Jack tries to educate his group they hopelessly cannot understand the concepts of Christmas and their execution is always little off and still a little Halloween-ish, so to speak.
oh and then there's the song "What's this? What's this?" which makes me remember every time a local colleague walks by me while I'm trying to get work done, sticks their face in my computer screen and always asks "wHaT's 'dIS?". Wait 5 minutes next colleague walks by, repeat.
