Q: Bestv TV box
Hi Guys,
Has anyone bought Bestv TV box ? I have been looking at one for months now and unsure whether to buy one or not. Can anyone tell me if there any engish movies or TV shows on the device ?
If not, can anyone recommend some other TV Box or device with english movies or english TV shows programmed on the device.

I do not have the TV box you ask for, mine is a Moon 10 or 10 Moon, do not recall exactly. Mine works this way. For regular TV you get only Chinese channels. On movies, you get mostly Chinese, but there are still some foreign movies there. But mostly "oldies". Some movies require you pay 5 yuan to watch. Also you get some TV series, in English, and they are upgraded as long as it doesn't deal with China. For example, "The Last Ship" seasons 1 and 2 were shown, when season 3 started, it was removed.
Suggestion, go to a store locally that sells them, and ask for a demostration.
I do not think you can no longer get foreign TV channels in China by their Laws and Regulations.
For Best Tv shows, stick to using VPNs & The Pirate Bay torrent website.
I actually don't think you'll find a best TV box, only China Telecom offers IP TV that has a hand full of BestTv shows that are in English. If you really wanna pay rather then download for free then:
1. Go to China Telecom
2. Tell them " I want IP TV"
3. Make sure you have your Chinese address & passport.
4. TIP add their Internet service because you get a discount if IP TV & internet service is bought together.
