Q: Blond hair help
Please, help me to find a good hairdresser in Guangzhou, who knows how to bleach hair at reasonable price, not like Tony and guy
I don't think you will find something better than Tony and guy for the service you want
Yeah, Tony and guy are the best in China at what they do. Maybe the problem is you, not Tony and guy.
biliana:
i am not discussing the quality of Tony and guy,i simple asked if there is sth else,so no need to be sarcastic.
xinyuren:
I just think you need to give Tony and guy another chance. Don't be so hard on Tony and guy.
hunny797:
BTW BILLIE
Was there any special reason to post anonymously?
maybe you don't like the 5 points they give.. do you?
Robk:
Hahahaha....
Tony and guy are good people. They are my best friends. Tony and guy are really sad now that you think Tony and guy bleach hair badly. Tony and guy are coming to murder you!
JacobJohn:
BTW Who Tony and guy are.....hahahahahahahahahahahah I was reading seriously the whole thread until this comment......hahahahahahahh my good morning free laughing.
I love it when someone post anonymously and then answer a comment as themselves clarifying their post. Hehe, can't help themselves....
hahaha I don't know why everyone thinks it's so funny.
Toni and Guy is a chain of high end salons, they're pretty reliable but they're also relatively expensive...though WAY more affordable in China compared to the west. (though probably not as good)
Runs about 300 for a mens haircut...for a woman cut/color can run 1800+ but they do a really good job and they're one of the only reliable places here that use decent materials. They also have english speaking staff.
It's a good place to meet pretty european girls who work in fashion.
Sorry biliana, I understand completely why you don't want to pay that much. I can't help you down in GZ! You might want to consider hitting up an import store and getting some decent hair dye from the west and doing it at home.
biliana:
Thank you man,at least someone tried to understand the point.I am doomed.
expatlife26:
theres gotta be somewhere local that's good...it's just finding it that's a problem.
you might want to just ask around; if you see a woman with nice looking blonde hair ask her where she had it done.
xinyuren:
Ah, the mystery is explained to me. Tony and Guy is a salon chain. I am a total idiot about beauty salons. I thought Tony and guy were lovers who worked at the local barber shop. Thanks, expat.
Im telling you, hit up a nice department store with imported stuff and see if you can get a bottle of decent hair color from. Might set you back a couple hundred, but that's way cheaper than T&G!
I used to help my ex do hers, it's not hard. You just have to be careful to leave the developer on just the right amount of time...usually the home developers are a lot harsher than the ones they mix at the salon.
See??? This is what all you guys with chinese girlfriends/wieves miss out on! Learning fun facts about blonde hair dye!
biliana:
Expatlife26,i think the only way is to find a good local...as i have already tried to do it by myself with high quality products from europe...and horror...but thanks anyway for your effort
expatlife26:
Sorry to hear it didn't work right! It's easier with somebody to help.
My ex was bulgarian and had this super thick black hair, had to leave the stuff in forever to turn it platinum blonde.
Anyway, best of luck!
