Q: Blue trucks with hot water tanks, what are they for?

There are blue trucks here in my city that have black hot water tanks on them, what is it for? I have tried to ask some people, but they don't really know. The trucks are probably 4 ton, so they must have about 800 to 1000 gallons on board!

There are bath houses in many cities, if your city has a power station there is usually heated water that is then sold and delivered by these trucks to the bath/shower houses for people to use...in the past many Chinese went to bath houses to take a shower, there are still some normal bath houses in every city but most have become seedy places where girls will help you take a shower...
