ive been teaching in one job for 10.5 months in one company. But I'm not happy with working in this company they never paid my salary on the 30th stated by the contract always 10-12 days later.They have not given me my monthly housing allowance of 1400 rmb which is stated in my contract given to the employee every month this month or ever on time same issue 10-12 days later.As stated in the contract and i have got a better job offer in another city but i must give 30 days notice or 2000 rmb for immediate notice and i want to start up in new job as soon as possible. They have already deducted 1400 rmb from the wages for the deposit and still have 1400 rmb for next months rent if i wanted to leave and in the past schools witheld teachers pay and not give out release documents unless teachers came up 6000 rmb and threating foreign teachers any ideas on what to do is it possibility of getting my rent money back and getting the release documents for free and not paying those monies for immediate notice 2000 rmb , if i do leave before contract is up and leaving without notice and who can i report to PSB/ SAFEA thank you.

You may as well just stay the month and a half. It's a 12 month contract right?
Again, you leave out the important detail of what visa are you working on. Trading 1 illegal job for another will not help you. And you again omit details, what was their reasoning? Why didn't you do sth before? What the hell have you been doing with your money?
Let me make this very clear. No one could tell you what you can do until you clearly state what visa you are working on.
