Hi,

Did anyone opened a business recently on the name of his wife?
Excluding all the brides... looking for the official costs

Business will be in real estate branch (kind of at least)

Thanks in advance

Ask your Chinese wife to arrange a meeting with the investment bureau at the government offices where you wish to establish your business then go with her to meet the officials responsible for registering businesses.

Each local government in China has different requirements pertaining to registered capital and business type. It is impossible for any poster to give a general answer to your question. You will have to do the legwork yourself.

Very often, the "Bribe" turns out to be the fee. I now people who have set up shops with 5RMB capital and a 200 RMB liecense fee.... they claimed the fee was a bribe.. It was not a bribe... it was a fee.
