I am also from Australia, living in China. I have a friend (Westerner) who is the GM of a company whose sole purpose is sourcing and exporting nuts, bolts, screws, ties and fasteners from China. PM me if you're interested in buying in bulk

I don't know much about the fencing sport (which I regret), but I can't imagine what you need screws for. Is it to attach the handguards to the swords?

En garde!

Head to Ningbo. Ningbo is the heading machine capital of the world. Heading machines are the things that make nails.

Search Allbaba for" heading machines", buy a few for a few thousand bucks each and set up a factory.

There is no money to be made by being a middleman any more.  You need to splash the cash and make it yourselfwink.
