I would think one of the universities would offer like a nutrition or cooking class. If your looking for a top level course the universities might be your best bet.

I don't mean to be rude but this answer doesn't help me at all. I highly doubt you can jst waltz into a university and ask them if they have a cooking course. The'll laugh in your face. What I was hoping to find out was info about cooking schools (yes, they do exist!) which offer cooking courses especially for foreigners. If you don't know the answer, then you should just stay quiet.
