You can't do it in Shenyang, as I know. You must exit China, either to Hong Kong, or your home country.

Use Yahoo search with 'Z visa in HK' for more visa agencies in HK, or use 'contact us' for more info at FBT link:

You absolutely cannot do this in Shenyang! I tried last year when my uni made a monumental balls-up but in the the end I had to toddle off to Blighty for a couple of weeks.
