Q: Can anyone recommend a visa agent in HK?
I'm really confused about if the criminal background check needs to be legalized if you're from the UK, and want to get the facts from somewhere. Then I want to know if it'll be possible to get a z visa and for which provinces I can get one, without returning home first (I'm in Thailand). It's hard to get all the facts, so I figured a visa agent should know for sure? Therefore I'm hoping someone can recommend a few to contact? Thanks

No one can give you an accurate answer due to new laws, but you have a 50% chance to get a Z visa in Hong Kong, I'm in Shenzhen and I've seen guys get it and fail.. You're better off getting your visa back in the U.K..
