Q: Can bajiu be mixed with another liquid so it doesn't taste so strong (awful)?
Are there any combos possible for baijiu (as with vodka) or can it only be had pure?
If you're drinking out with Chinese, you basically have to drink it straight. If you're looking for a cheap cocktail to drink while you prop your feet up at night, well there is no great way to get rid of the demon piss flavor. Try mixing with sprite, lime juice, a sprinkle of msg, and a splash of beer. There are better mixes but this can be found no matter where in china you are. Or just make sure to eat a bite of spicy food before and chase the baijiu with beer.

Or just treat it like Everclear or any moonshine. (apple pie, smurf piss, etc. ) but of course then you have to find the required ingredients.
My friend from Taiwan mixes it 1 part baijiu 3 parts water and a little plum juice.
It's only way I can drink it all night, and the taste is not that bad.
I wonder why the Taiwanese call it "white shit"?
