Of course she can get married. You could take her to Las Vegas...you know the saying:"What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas" baby`! The answer is Yes!

now i understand why you go through people's posts correcting their english, you are not a native speaker (USA LA?)  and you're missing some question marks.
she could do it, but what does she want to do after that?
stay in the usa ? easy (but if she worked with the chinese govt in certain positions she could be violating chinese law) some chinese govt workers are not allowed to move out of china or marry foreign nationals. this may have no effect if she does not return to china. but depending on how serious the govt takes their situation their family maybe targeted.
go back to china? no problem just keep the marriage cert. (she should be above the legal age to marry)

then dont come back to china until she gets permanent residency staus.
or dont file for  it until she is ready to settle down in USA.

rasknik is right...far easier to marry in China first then apply for a visa after.  I have many friends who have been through this.  Having a kid in China first will only help expidite the process.

mrpopular:

Got the visa no problem for 1 year ......my point was go to LA get married come back to China.....we have vaction time due and would be nice just to walk in walk out married no BS like here.

A:I had a similar experience in HK. If I recall correctly, before or at the Z visa application, I had to submit ME from the ordinary HK clinic, where I explained why I need ME and I asked them to examine only necessary things (I don't remember the cost ...), and then ... I got Z stamp and when back in China, I had to complete another RP ME, which was on the employer, i.e. included in the Contract ...We've never discussed refund of payment for HK ME with my employer. Year 2013 ...I'd say, that is a regular thingy embassies around the world require, before issuing visas for LT stay in the country. "Vladimir Vladimiro-Witch ras-Putin" (LOL@your pronunciation ..) demands the same thingy before granting LT stay in Ruski.  ... Haa, 2013 was the Snowden's year. I was in Kowloon at the time of his landing .. with all these files ... I'm-Still-in-LMAO-State ... Cost for the ME in HK was around HK$ 2000/200 EUR, and ME was kind of swift, quicker and way shorter than on the mainland ... -- icnif77
