Q: Can Chinese wife get a business visa sponsored by her company if her Husband is an American?
A new question, the Chinese wife has been sponsored to get a business visa from her American company that plans to send her on a biz trip, but The husband is American, she'll go get the interview in Guangzhou soon, so will having an American husband cause her to be denied or rejected because she might be considered a risk not to come back? Too me she should be fine, but I haven't heard much about this case, so hoping maybe someone here has had this issue. Will that biz visa be 10 years after the new deal that passed 7 months ago?

Should be no problem. I have no idea about the US, but when my wife used to come to the UK on a business visa her visa was no problem. It all comes down to the company chop. If you have a foreign company chop on your application, no problem.
In my wife's case, she had a key to the company chop safe, so getting a business visa to the UK was no problem. When she left the job and applied for a UK tourist visa things got more difficult.
