Hi, I‘m a Filipino hoping to find job in China. When I look in job page, they are looking for English Teacher. I only finish 2years Vocational Course for Information Technology and I worked as a Call Center Represntative for 3 years. Any suggestion or advise for me? Thanks in advance.

You must have BA diploma, TEFL Certificate and 2 years of experience to get legal work in China (Z visa). Most of the schools want Native English Teacher (passport from UK, Ireland, Scotland, Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada, S. Africa), but there are also Non-native English teachers working in China with all legal documents.
You have slim chances to land job as an English teacher, because you don't have required documents. Even if School would agree to accept you, they won't be able to get all necessary permits from the Gov.

There are plenty of Filipino domestic helpers in Hong Kong.
One very important factor for you to work as an esl in China. Do you look white?
I know some British born chinese in China who are native English speakers, but because they don't look white, they only got Chinese payment.
Look is the only factor that matters assuming you can speak English.
Also there is some kind of island dispute between China and Philippine. Not sure if that will make it harder for you to get a Chinese visa.
ask pinoy community. fat chance getting a job honestly. you'll need connections or at least an introduction.
-unpopular nationality
-limited training
-pinoys are believed to have heavy accents
in fact, pinoy au pairs are better english sources than regular teachers, and accents are not transferred to kids. but chinese listen to marketing not observations.
Your best chance is to join a pinoy band and work the bar scene in your chosen location.
Look at smaller cities / provinces especially in the south. Many universities and training schools are filling their ranks with Filipinos (legally and illegally). Search for lists of schools and contact them directly.
the smaller cities overlook the rules and the cities in cold climates were foreigners dont want to live also overlook the rules, the more isolated, cold and small the town the better your chances.
someone else may know the name, but there is a school in qingdao that hires only filipinos for english teachers and gets visas because the school only teaches koreans english, no chinese nationals, its cheaper for the koreans to take a ferry to qingdao for english lessons than pay for classes in korea. i dated a filipino from the school 5 years ago, but dont know the name of the school or if it is still there, at that time they had 12 teachers working 30 hours a week for 10000 rmb. 2 roomate apartments with utilities provided.
You don't have the qualifications. I don't look white and get to work where I want... because I have the qualifications.
