Q: Can i buy the land in China? open farm house.
I have paln to buy farm house somewhere else near beijing small village town. I could not attain information form the website whether i am able to deal about land somehow. if you know, let explain the matter.

90% of the questions you ask can be answered in the same way. And you ask a hell of a lot more questions. Piss off.
No one can own land in China, all is the property of the Central Government. But you can lease it (or rent it) for a number of years. With the house already built on top, you buy the structure, not the land. Normally land where homes are built upon have a 70 years lease, renewable when it expires if there is no other need for the land. Now, be careful, if you are not a member of the village, it is supposed you can not own a home there, just rent one. Make sure you cover this to the fine print prior to giving any money away.
Land for farming purposes goes up on bids for periods from 5 to 35 years that I am aware off. But you must do farming, you stop one year and can loose the land. This land goes very cheaply, I got me a 1,000 mu lease for 35 years at 60 yuan per mu per year (about 16.5 mu = 1 acre), and I am raising sugar cane there.
Or, you can get a farmer tired of farming to sublet the land to you, but as soon as they see a foreigner, they wanty 700 yuan per mu per year, which is a rip off. And the rental agreement is on a yearly basis. Not worth the investment
