Q: Can I convert my residence visa to L visa
Pls help. its urgent.
My current Work Permit will expire soon, Which means my residence permit will due soon too. I need more time to find a new job in Shanghai. My father in-law is Shanghainese, is it possible to convert my residence permit to L Visa (visiting family member) , or do I need to go to Hong Kong to do that. If i can get this L visa, how long it will allow me to stay in Sh. Also if I find a job in L visa,is it hard to convert to residence permit?

Why would you want to do such a thing? Get an extension after you get an invitation letter from another school quickly
