Q: Can I download a free VPN in China?

I have been trying for a few days to download a few VPN's after some google searches. I can't even access some of their websites. Is there any decent ones that I can use that are free. I only want to drop in to facebook to say hi to a few friends and post a few photos. If I cant use a free one can I access a pay one and is it safe to give them my CCard details. Any help would be much appreciated.

probably, but moist free programs either don't work well or come with add ons or worse. I read reviews and use SWITCH VPN, it works and was the one of the cheapest.
