Q: can i get birthday hall decorators in tanggu?

Hi all, im living in tanggu,tianjin.

I'm looking for some helper to decorate ballons at my son's birthday party.

i'll buy all the stuff, i need someone to arrange that.

your best option is to enlist people you know.

Cheaper and less hassle.

If you are a teacher, it could be an activity for your students.

If you are working in a company, maybe offer English speaking 'lessons' to sons/daughters of colleagues in exchange for the help.
