Yes you can but it is getting harder. Stick to the big city private language mills.

Yes of course you can. TESOL certificate is often a prerequisite but the degree is often not absolutely required to get a teaching job in China.

i agree with skater, in china many foreigners teach language without any certifications. people like speak with lao wai because usually they want to practice their oral english. they don't care whether you have degree or not.
