I am searching for a job in leather or footwear industry,can anyone help.?

I was looking for leather hive sellers in China and HK few months ago, and I found this web link:

You can find names of Leather factories (tanneries) at google: search for 'leather factories in China'.
You can find names and web links to all (more than14000) leather factories in China, and search direct for a job at tannery in suitable city.
Leather industry is located in Wenzhou city, you can come in person and suggest yourself to a lot of factories to get a job. I have no idea about your qualifications,but usually they have their staff trained abroad to avoid hiring foreigners.

Your best bet is to use LinkedIn.com or Ushi.com to network. There are groups that you can join on LinkedIn that will connect you with exactly the right people. The issue that you may encounter is limitations due to not being a Chinese national. I have no idea what your mandarin skills are like but this could be one problem. The other key problem could be work permit issuance. Often Chinese companies will avoid employing foreign nationals because of the headache of applying for the correct immigration documents.

And if you are located in the Guangzhou or Dongguan area, you may want to look for events sponsored by the Brazilian Chamber of Commerce. The Brazilians are big players in the shoe leather industry. So you might be able to find some contacts there.
