Is this legal? And easily done?

I got a tourist visa after my working visa/residence permit expired. Ask at your local police station.

Samm11:

you can do it with your work or study visa, but not with your F visa

I am working in a Visa consulting company, depending on your situation I can provide a number of solutions for you. If you exceeded one year stay in China there is a possibility that you get a tourist visa but that is not a certainty. I would suggest if your current visa holds a multy entry to travel to HK and then get back in depending on how long you wish to stay. We can provide you with extension solutions. If you are interested contact me marketing@visashanghai.org.

Please go to the entry and exit department at least 1 month before your F visa expired. Apply for extended period staying visa, normally will get another 30 days. Either way is leave China before your visa expired. You may go to HK, apply for tourist visa at China        embassy in HK.

A:It's up to the employer if they want to hire you that's fine most cities today require you to take a health check every year when renewing the working visa if you pass the health check and you get your visa renewed each year I know teachers that are in their 70s and they're still doing great -- ironman510
