If you are married to a chinese guy, why are you on an 'L' visa and not a 'Q'?
As the married guys will tell you, you can not work legally on a 'Spousal' visa: sucks but true.
By all means look for illegal work if you want and risk being s****d over by your employer and/or possibly deported - your decision.
You can only apply for a legal work visa outside of mainland China: but seriously is this forum your first port of call online with this question?
Have you not researched anywhere else?
Did you bother to look on the website from your own home country embassy about working legally in China?
If you are able to ask this question here, you are also able to find official rules online about the legalities of working in China, or are you looking for someone to say 'yeah, sure, go ahead and work illegally.'
Why do i get the impression that the rake of questions that occurs every so often regarding working illegally is someone fishing for foreign workers to endorse it?

As soon as you'll reply to Shanghai's job advert, they'll probably tell you, they can't get WP for Non-native English teacher, but feel free to try.
Click 'Jobs', top R side of this screen, and email away. Good luck!
