Q: Can I get a working visa in China with a confirmation letter from my Faculty about my graduation?
I am interested to know if anyone here could answer ( I would be very grateful ), would I be able to get a working permitt in China with a confirmation letter from my Faculty that I graduated? Because in my country, after we graduate, we are waiting for original diploma for a long time, most probably I will get it in one year. I have a job opportunity in a couple of months. Would chinese government accept a confirmation letter? We use it as a substitude for our originals when applying for jobs, but I am not sure for China will they accept... Thanks! :)

Now... if it takes a year to get the diploma, maybe you're better off taking a job in your country and waiting until you actually have your degree.

I agree with Spider. You also need work experience for a work visa.
You'll need the actual degree, if you were graduating in China than you could get a visa based off a new policy.
After you get your degree: 1. Get it notarized by the university or your local gov... 2. Get the notarized copy an authentication sticker from the nearest China Embassy in your home country. 3. IF you're planning to be an English teacher than you'll need a TEFL or better and it also needs to be notarized & the China Embassy sticker. So if you're in America make sure you don't get a TEFL from London or like me you'll have to get it authenticated in London and use the Chinese embassy there for the sticker. It was a pain but I was able to mail it there.
Last but not least get your non criminal record notarized and authenticated by the Chinese embassy too
After all that you're ready, so like others said, better wait a year and prepare correctly.
