In order to get a Chinese "Z" visa you need to meet all requirements as stated by the Chinese Embasy in your paricular country, need to have access to a Chinese Embassy again at your country, and once granted and after arriving in China you will have 30 days to go to PSB and get your work permit and residence permit. By just having the visa you can not legally work in China, you must get the stated permits after arrival too, or you will be breaking local law.

In your particular case, if there is a Chinese Embassy in Bangladesh, then the answer will be yes.

Pretty much all international kindergarten jobs on here want 2 years experience, but many will still accept if you have experience in your home country.
