Q: Can I go swimming if I have tattoos?

I've heard that in some parts of Asia - notably Japan - people with tattoos are denied access to public swimming pools. Does this rule exist in Beijing, and if so, where? (I like swimming, but I have tattoos!)

You certainly can. I have tried and tested. Lot's of people will stare but suprisingly enough people like tattoos in China and they are always saying WOW.

I like a snowy Happy new year, rather than a no sky one...Beijing's time to ban the cars---the only solution for the time being...

Of course! I didn't even know it was a problem in some parts of the world. Never had this issue in China though. The only problem i had was to give blood, they refused my blood because i had a tattoo the first time, not the second... strange!!
