Q: Can I go to work in the USA by my business visa in this situation?
A chinese company wanted to hire me for doing sales and marketing in the US. The company has some shops there and I will be mainly responsible for visiting the local Clients there to get the sales done. Well,the reason they want me is for paying low salary obviously. The company can provide me house and car but only pay me 6000rmb which is about 1000USD Dollars monthly. Pretty low huh? I know. I will be placed in Los Angeles shop,Miami shop or Atlanta shop which can not be sured yet now.
The company wants me to go by my business visa to work in the US and return back to China every 6 monthes and fly back to the U.S. again. So I will be going in business name to help the company develop clients there.
They wanted me to go there on August 2015, but unfortunately the boss found out that I couldn't drive so eventually I did not get taken. The boss told me to learn driving in China first if I want that job.
So can I go work there by my business visa in this situation? The boss told I am not qualified to apply the working visa at the moment yet. I am not sure if he is telling the truth or just an excuse for avoiding to pay more money.
Totally illegal! You'd never get a work permit for the USA for a sales job. Too many qualified Americans. You're potential boss is cheating you for a low salary and avoiding paying an American a proper wage.

Don't listen to the nay-sayers Viki. You should grab this chance. You'll be doing business, right. Sales is business not work, right. Just think of the commission. You'll be makin money and adrift in a sea of white cock. This is your dream. Don't worry about pesky pedantic people preaching to you about legalities. Even if you get caught you could claim refugee status and anyway those wasps are soft and you are so charming that they'll probably let you off with a blowie.
