Q: Can I leave apartment anytime and not have to pay any rent owed?

I have paid 75 % of my monthly rent to my apartment.

I am very unhappy with the apartment..

I have only been there a week.

I have only been there 25% of the monthly time.

I have not signed a lease or any papers.

Am I under any obligation ( legal or otherwise) to stay there?

I just want to leave the apartment.

Can I do this and stay in China?

(maybe move to another city?)

I will lose the money I have in the apartment.

But being out of the apartment would be better than staying there.

Can someone offer me help or the answer what to do?

Who forced you to take the apartment without your consent? Who forced you to accept the apartment without doing your basic conditions checklist first? (2 points)

I see you really live up to your name.

I would prefer YOU do not answer my questions anymore.

You ask on a forum if it's ok to cheat over an informal contract ? You can play it civilized : wait for the end of month and don't renew the location. No harm done, no guilt, no regrets. Everybody win, nobody gets cheated indecision
