Q: can I leave my apartment any time and move? ( no lease no contract)

I am staying in an apartment that I want to move from.

I have paid 75% of the rent but I have only stayed there 25% of the time.

Can I move from that apartment to another city without paying the full month's rent?

There is no lease or contracts.

Thank you for your nice answer.

Who cares how long you have stayed there? An agreement is an agreement (4 points)

And a double-post to boot! Why is there no 'delete post' function?

I left my apartment last year after only 2 months....but I did lose the 7000 rmb deposit...and I did sign a lease.

The real question is HOW the hell can you get an apartment without signing anything?

The apartment was only temporary but it was there or the street.(one month only)

It wasn't a permanent situation where one would have to sign something.

Thanks for your answer.
