Good day
Can anyone tell me is it possible to get a Teaching job in China without having a Degree? I am confused because the job adverts here some of them say they will arrange for your Visa, aren't they fooling us since most of them needs a Degree.

They are fooling you! You need BA degree out of Native English country to classify for Z visa, which is the only legal visa for work in China.
Yahoo-gle 'Z visa requirements in China' for more ...

He doesn't realise that those are "Bust You" police working undercover, everytime they catch a guy like this they earn Y3000.

I didn't know about 'background' of such job adverts. For me it was always 'Chinese ingenuity' on how to get foreigner into School without Gov. School's authorization.
I must see 'laowai hire authorization' before I ink the Contract and prepare for move.
OT: I got 15-days 'humanitarian' RP extension. Rep inquired about and got confirmation that new School (he) can get another 15-days RP extension. I am changing employer in the same city.

n our 90 minute interview held at a UBC coffee shop near National Library, Wang said their team is determined to arrest and jail as many fake teachers as possible "to send a message" to all the job recruiters and expats who think they can get away with forgery. He said special efforts are being made to arrest a foreign expat (Magnuson) and the owners of ESL insider which actually tells wannabe TEFL and ESL teachers how to make fake documents.
When I asked him about their famous sting operations in Beijing and Shanghai that used fake job ads on expat forums that lured hundreds of foreign job applicants to phony job interviews, Wang was quite proud of the success of those stings and promised more of the same as well as an operation that would actually target the black recruiters and job agents, who he admitted was equally to blame and would soon be facing new laws that fine them 100,000 yuan and 30 days in jail for every violation they can document.

There are jobs not related to teaching that don't require a degree. If you find that kind of job than you're set!.
What's your background/experience? If you've got 5+ years experience in a job that is needed here then you MIGHT be able to get a work permit without a degree.
You'd need to check your ABC expat ranking score
You can obtain any kind of visa you want without a degree. But if you want a real one then you need to follow some requirements. The recruiters can get you a Z visa even if you don't have a degree. They can provide a notarized one. Don't worry to much about being caught as long as you are white and are a native English speaker. You can claim they said it was ok.

Just being white is not flying like it used to. Now being white from an English speaking country is still cool.
it's possible to get non-teaching job without degree
