Q: Can I use my Bank of China debit card for cash in the US?

If I visit the US, can I use my Bank of China card to get cash in the States?  What is the best way to be sure I have access to money out of China?

Assuming it is a Union Pay card then yes

if it is the best, I doubt it. a bank transfer to a local account is probably cheaper, but if you do not have an address in the US, then that is not easy.
