Q: Can Kenyans process working visa in Hong Kong?
Hi Guys,
I really need some info.I got an agency in Beijing that can provide all the needed documents for processing a Z visa.The only problem is that,they have processed the visa for other Africans but I'm their first Kenyan client,so they ain't sure whether I can get the Z visa in Hong Kong or I need to go back to my country like the other Africans.
Any info will be appreciated.Thanks in advance

I'm not going to lie to you, but unless you have a superior company hiring with all correct documents it'll be very hard, it's even hard for Americans these days without the help of a superior company.
Yes you can. It doesn't say you can't so if it doesn't say you can't or if there is no law saying you can't then you should be able to. I'm not Kenyan nor African, but its pretty simple to determine whether you can or you can't.

Be realistic 99Silva. You sound as if you are Chinese and have no idea about the visa system. Hong Kong these days rarely granted Z visa to foreigners these past 2 years, yes occasionally they did to a handfull of foreigners, but that's not a lot, so most of us have to return home. Don't give someone a glasses half empty answer unless you you understand the system. I keep tabs on this kind of stuff weekly as Shenzhen is next to Hong kong and a 5 minutes walk from my apartment.

It'll be a lot harder to get a visa now due to the Mall crisis in Kenya, it happened in the Philippines remember? Crazy bus guy in Manila and overload maids working in China = 10x less visa for Filipino's. Thats how the system works sometimes.
we can handle z visa from HongKong if the notification form marked HongKong.
