Q: Can a non native with good ESL teaching experience get a job in china without a BA?

Please keep in mind that I have an American education as I used to live and study in the US of A. I have great ESL teaching experience in the world's most famous language center (Berlitz International). I am currently enrolled in an American University actually. So, is there hope for me to get a job (even with less pay) as I really want to try something different before graduation? or should I give up?

P.S. I didn't proofread this, so please don't turn it into non native vs. native speakers' argument. Thank you and have a good day.

I think you need to keep asking the Question to prospective employers .   Here is a thought  Talk to your UNI career advisor and ask if they have a deal with a UNI or School in China .That why you get more backing and creditable reply's.                                                   good luck and tell us how you go

It is possible to get job, but not legal job with Working permit and Z visa.

Requirements or Z visa are:

- BA or higher;

- 2 years working experience.

Laws in China are very 'flexible': some Provinces might follow the Law closely, and some don't.

Send your CV to job offers here, and you will see what replies you'll receive.

If you are in China, contact Schools and Training centers in person.

Good luck!

dom87:

you can even pay an agency to give you the Z visa... they fake your degree for sure, not sure about your passport.
