Can you read Chinese? You can try http://www.elong.com/ and it has an English version I think.

qunar.com and 9588.com are 2 other Chinese sites for discount flights.

For international flights check www.skyscanner.com

They search all of the known sites for the cheapest deal, so you can get an overview of all the available options. Very handy.
