Secondly, you SERIOUSLY think you can get a GOOD certification by studying engineering by distance education??? Might be ok in China... rest of the world will laugh at you!

Some science you can do, however, as most of it is pure theory. You could potentially get a B.Sc. through distance ed.

Nop...I am not Chinese . I just want to do a undergraduate as I couldn't complete mine form Home .I dont mind about the Value of the certification but what I learn should be worth for me.

I have only few more days left here to decide or else I have to go back and continue my course from there !

since you are  not Chinese, why brother you find a distant studying in chinese universities , and it is real difficult to find a English  physics course in china. i suggest you should attend some online studying offered by foreign colleges. 

i t would be cheaper for you to finish a good degree in philippines or india and have some respect for the degree if you do not want to finish back in america or other western country, also the university in utah has many online degrees that are reasonable. if your want to teach after getting degree , check out abcte.org to get teaching certificate by online studying for 2000 dollars to teach in 11 states in the us.
