Either the Admin's pay is either 0 to very bad, or whoever now wears the Admin hat is also responsible for the fake posters and does not know how to multi-task properly.
My money is on a university intern who was the cheapest applicant at the time.

there is no money to be made from the answers section so of course they don't through many resources into it. Why put money into something that has in their opinion reached its peak 3 years ago and now on a downward slide
