Q: Can we trust PAY PAL in China?
I need to buy something that is $620 from abroad and they do not accept western union or wire transfers, and my U.S. credit cards expired. My last alternative is Pay Pal. Are they trustworthy and reliable here with a safety/security guarantee?
I've used PP for overseas purchases without a problem.
so far so good...
but you know I have a feeling it won't be long before Paypal hurts the Chinese feelings and it will have to face blockage until it apologizes.
