Q: Can you access your consulate's webpage?

The last couple of days, I've been trying to get onto the Shanghai consulate's webpage to check on times they're open etc.

And... it constantly times out... making me think the CCP doesn't want me accessing my consulate's websites, because it might be useful (ie, detrimental to China!)

How easy are yours to access?

I can open both web links from Guizhou on lousy Broadband. My CCP is good.
