Q: Can you get a job in China if you have a prosthetic leg?

I'm interested in finding a job in Shenzhen, in the south of China, however I'm concerned about my employment opportunities. I lost a leg and now have a prosthetic one, which obviously hampers my movement, but not terribly so. Would this make it harder for me to obtain a job - teaching for instance - in China?

There is a fellow here who also has a prosthetic leg, he lost his right knee, and has an aluminum prosthesis.  It does not bother him much, he shows only a small limb when walking.

And he does has a job teaching.  It does not seem to affect him at all.

just try ! there are some possibilities i think !

i have a friend, from France, studying in Xi men Uni. ,majoring in law. his situation is similar with you. if you like, i can introduce him to you. he will find a job this year as well.

Anyways, i think you could find one teaching job, maybe in junior or high school. because the students study harder to get scores. not kindergarden or Uni. as babies like playing and most of  the students in Uni. dont put all their mind in study......good luck!
