Q: Can you hear the birds?
I can hear them. Everything stops tonight. And we can hear nature again. I can hear the birds singing. But the Chinese can't. Can you hear the birds?
Yeah, I heard the birds the other afternoon. Yesterday afternoon/night not so much. (unless some birds go BANG)
I find Chinese people don't appreciate nature as much as e.g. I do. Nature is something to be combated not enjoyed. I have yet to be "in nature" in China where the isn't a paved/concrete path and streetlights. I know I can find that further out in the sticks but why not also near the bigger cities ?

YOU MUST BE KIDDING ..... there are no birds.... they have all been cooked and eaten...... anything over an ounce is dinner
spectacular show though....last nites fireworks..... loud and smokey .... no whistling birds this morning
