Q: Can you open Yahoo and talk over Skype?
I can't access Yahoo or Y-Mail since yesterday afternoon. I had Internet guy at my place this a.m. to fix my connection, but he said my Internet works well over his phone.
I also can't open several English (UK) newspapers. It just doesn't load and sometimes message is 'Safari Can't Access the Page' similar as at Reuters or any other site (NYT) under block.
Telegraph and Independent loads on half page, rest (Guardian, RT) acts like it's under block.
My Skype allows only texting and video, no voice connection can be established.
FrostWire shows only four titles with active seeds and download speed is some 20-50 KB/s. All other titles are marked 'Paused'.
I cleaned all memory on my puter and run AVG virus scan, but there are no changes in loading.
Is it only at my place or anybody else has the same problems?

could not get yahoo all day christmas eve and christmas day to send messages to friends, vpn or no vpn, did not work.
i gave up on using skype 3 years ago.

'add-it': How do you conduct interviews, if not over Skype? I had interview on Friday with decent Contract at School S. of China. Texting and video was OK, but no voice. So, I told them to call my cell phone, but placement agent replied School thinks 'interview over phone isn't suitable', whatever that means.

Can you text to cellphones? I can't text to cellphones

Yeah, I could text over my Nokia and Yahoo Home page still doesn't load, but I could open Y Mail since 10' ago for the first time in some 48h.

I cannot sign in into Yahoo Mail again today and Yahoo Home doesn't load either! I am thinking, that might be problem at Yahoo. Too!
Lucky me, because I can access - read& reply to Y! Mail over Safari OS Mail folder.
