You can get it in HK.

One of my fucking buddies just got his from hk.

It's good for a year then you can renew in mainland!

You can get it if your job is in Guangdong province. The invite letter from your company needs to be addressed to the HK gov. Than you can get it. BTW: Make sure all your docs have been authenticated by the Chinese embassy along with the Chinese stickers..
