Q: can you suggest a name of office or school to extend my visa
hello i m from hangzhou i came to beijing few months ago but when i went to a school to extend my visa she said they cannot coz its from zhejiang ???? i was so suprised why they did that anyway i need help guys my visa will expire after 3 weeks if you know any office or school or college where i can apply and they give me visa thanks guys

They couldn't extend your Residence permit, because School is probably not authorized to hire foreigners.
You could check, if your School is authorized to hire foreigners:

You can go to Shenzhen, I can give you the office address. They will give you visa in 3 hours only ! I am foreigner too and had my visa done with them, they are very profesional !

actually it would seem that you are in the wrong here. before leaving hangzhou, you should have indentified potential employers and have sent them scans of your docs. many times schools will require additional docs while you are still at the school. then when you go to bj all you would have to do is the health check and then process the visa. in my honest opinion it seems you are not telling the whole story. maybe they need the reference, release letters. maybe you had a non working visa in hangzhou. maybe what you are talking is sth unrelated to a work visa, maybe a student visa or toursit visa. schools can either handle a visa renewal or they can't . they would have told you that from the start but i think there is sth that you are not mentioning that is the main culprit

Now, what possible legal activity could necessitate a student visa from a school where one does not have the least intention of actually studying?

this is college isn t for working this is for studying i m looking to pay this college and study chinese ad not work for them i was having all document she asked me like paper from my old university and residence permit in beijing but when i was applying she asked from where is this visa i said zhejiang she said i cannot help you extand your visa only if your old college or university was in beijing ??? anyway now i m looking for another college looks for students not even actually to study but at least where i can make x visa with no trouble any suggestions>?? is any students here studying or at least holding them visa from this kind of college thanks

you're still only telling half the story. if you got a visa to study in another city, did you finish? or are you one of those guys that just uses a student visa to stay in the country while you do other things? that will not fly in beijing your options are to either go home and do the process over from there or find a school in a smaller city where they can grease some palms.
i mean college where i can study or even not study but at least where i can register and get my visa from that college sorry for the miss understanding

Why would you want to apply to a school or college and NOT study in it?
1- Universidad de Los Zetas, Recinto de China.
2- Universidad de la Ganga de Sinaola Recinto de China.
3- Liceo Pablo Escobar en China.
Oh gee. Advertise your illegal visa business with a fake question. Nobody has ever thought of that before...
