Q: Can't get a release letter but am offered another job

I worked for a company

they terminated my contract

I asked for the release letter, they said they will only give to new school

I had recruiters contact my school to see what they would say

They asked the new school for money for my visa cost

Contract says if I am terminated I will get 1,000 usd

Contract says if I quit I won't get release letter

The school 3 days later tells me they have another job I can take or find my own

The  new job is not providing a contract and says everything is taken care of

I want to start new elsewhere

Where can I go to get results

I have been living in the school apartment for 2 weeks

I am trying to get a new job and not get my visa changed to a tourist

If I become a tourist do they have to give the release?

If I go home can I ever work in china without a release letter

Advice please

CTFU wants to call my school and they have the right to turn me into a tourist so I am trying not to demand them to give letter and have to start my documents over.

A:It's up to the employer if they want to hire you that's fine most cities today require you to take a health check every year when renewing the working visa if you pass the health check and you get your visa renewed each year I know teachers that are in their 70s and they're still doing great -- ironman510
