Q: Is change of school or training center really necessary?

Let's say you teach in a school or training center that pays you 8000k a month with other benefits, then you decide to leave that place and go to a new school or training center where they will put you on a probation period of 2 solid months with a cut pay of 6000k. Does it really worth changing schools???

Well obviously if there is a pay cut it wouldn't be necessary to change jobs just stay at the one you are currently at.

Never work on a probation period for less money.

davidccollis:

+1 Traveler. Probationary periods are supposed to be an agreed period where both parties find out if they are right for each other, not an excuse to pay the employee less money. I can understand if the work is highly specialised/technical and requires a great deal of training and supervision but ESL in China, hell no. More often then not it's just money in the agents pocket, the other times it's in the schools.
