Q: Changing ROM to a cellphone

Has anyone changed a ROM to an HTC that is not leaded with all the google stuff?  Such as Google store, google maps, even whatsapp and viber can't be installed.

Any tips?

You can always get an app like Titanium backup that will remove any pre-installed apps you want.
