Please have someone got any idea of a cheap school in shanghai where one can do some short term training in marketing and the certification of the school should be recognized .

In Shanghai, nothing is cheap. Furthermore, you want proper certification, then it won't be cheap, especially if it's from a reputable school. If you hunt for those cheap schools, the likelihood that the certification is not recognized or worse, bogus. So you have a choice of having proper paperwork or just a piece of paper. I suggest you look around and see what's acceptable and what's not. Otherwise, even if the cost is low, you may end up with a worthless document.
