Q: cheap apartment with 1 bedroom

Hi everyone,

I am looking for a cheap apartment with one bedroom. location would be along Hami Lu, Hongqiao Lu. Any idea please. I would gladly appreciate it.

How cheap is cheap ? I have seen reasonably OK types 1 bedroom apartments ranging from 800 yuan to about 2800 yuan a month, but near Guangzhou.

smartshanghai.com is good for this. You can sort by which metro you want to be close to, and even if you don't have any immediate luck, you can use it to find a few decent agents with properties in your preferred area.

It's better to ask a Chinese friend  to help u with it!

Sometimes , it's not easy to negotiate the rent , even when u speak Chinese !

There are many websites that you can search through them but  pics of houses in some of ads aren't real, so don't count on them !
