As Nickwatson said, try talking to their parents. If that fails, try to talk to the kids making so much noise. If that fails, scare the bejesus out of them.

But overall I'd say good luck...just seems like EVERYTHING is loud in China. I mean, taking the subway alone is enough to make anyone go deaf. Even the subway service announcements make my ears bleed.

Loud is a way of life here in China, accept it..and become Chinese.. It is my number one difficulty in becoming fluent in Chinese is learning that shouting doesnt equal being rude. Quiet people will loose respect and the pushy loud ones get it...

tell the kids to behave or scare them with little angry expression and mood... and there parents will not do anything as they will feel it normal
