Q: China hosts world internet conference?

Well since China hosts the world internet conference here are some ideas I'd like to put out there...

Iran will host a celebration of Jewish Literature

North Korea will host the World Tourism Expo

Russia will host the Festival of French Literature

and Nazi Germany will host the World Gay Day.

-Seriously, why the hell is wrong with the world these days?

I think the world internet conference is something China created, like singles day. This is the second annual world internet conference, and the first one was also in China.

I hope the fact that China is being allowed to host it doesn't mean other governments are starting to think Chinese style censorship is maybe a good idea.

It wouldn't surprise me if it was the case, it would ensure embarrassments like the Edward Snowden thing don't ruin reputations.

Xi's presence stuffed up traffic here (Hangzhou... cos apparently the hotels in WuZhen aren't good enough for him!)

Actually, I could see Russia holding a French Literature thing! They aren't really that anti-French.

Xi apparently made a speech about freedom on the internet.... hahahahahaaaa.....

Yeah, and didn't he address the Women's Human Rights mob while he was in the US earlier in the year?  What an arsehole.  And what a stupid grin he puts on his face all the time.  Will I get into trouble for saying that?  They do trace whatever I say.  I think he should hitch up his pants and get on with ........... hitch up his pants.   Hahahhahhahah.

Not important.  China is for the Chinese and they are perfectly happy with how their internet works.  Zhongguo/Weiguo.  And in their eyes there'll soon only be one.  I mean, if it weren't so pathetic it would be the funniest thing in the history of the world.

A:You can still skin into China as a non-English native teacher by holding English Teaching license in your home country.2nd: Your BA degree should be completed in a native English country. Once, you fulfilled these 'parameters', you qualify for an English teaching job in China as a non-native English sneaker with Z - Entry/Working visa with Working and Residence permit later on. See the last 'Answers Highlight' ---> there is a web link posted about 'requirements for teaching English language in China as a non-English native passport holder'. https://www.gooverseas.com/blog/guide-teaching-english-china#paragraph-item-63614-target

*English proficiency: Passport from one of seven "native speaker" countries (US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, and South Africa). If you aren’t a native speaker, you’ll need to be a certified teacher in your home country with proof of your English proficiency (e.g. IELTS or TOEFL). I'd say, Chinese will choose and look especially for a native English speaker at teaching of English Literature job openings. Posted job adverts for English Literature teaching are most likely from International Schools in China. Good luck! -- icnif77
