If you had to venture a guess as to the future of either country for the 50 years to come, which one would you say will develop and evolve the most (for the best)?
Things to consider: rule of law, health care system, education, freedoms, infrastructure, etc...
India more labor and better economic system. trust me
India has management systems, speak English, and are more willing to learn from outsiders.
India, easy. They have many little bumps along the way to overcome, but China has one massive one in terms of its political system.
India are already way ahead in the sense of having a history of international trade and being prepared to do business in the way that most of the world does it. China still has a long long way to go before it is really able to compete fairly on the international stage, and before anyone says it I do know there are exceptions. China is still rife with the idea of copy not create, and the people have to get their heads around doing a days work without sleeping, playing games or talking on QQ for a large part of it.; also they need to accept that China is not automatically better than everyone and everything else.
Considering how the Chinese, at all levels of society, are willing to harmonize information and numbers, and completely distort and spin any form of truth out of patriotic ambition, I really doubt China is doing as well as its official statistics say it is.
nevermind:
There's no way it is. They've even had economists look at the numbers and they've said there's something fishy going on.
health care in india is excellent for sure
conworldus:
Is that why the average life expectancy for Indians is in the mid 60s?
I seriously hope it's India: it's been a lifelong dream to go to India, and it's where I'm going after China, hopefully for a long time. I'll be gutted if it's awful there...
Depends whether or not Pakistan bombs India or if the US bombs China. The other one wins by the two sweetest words in the English language 'de fault'.
My guess none of you has ever been to INDIA. I'm Inidian studying in china. I say in most prospect China is far ahead of India. Govt. Health care in china is better as India is currently running on private. Govt health care is closed to dead.(I've worked in both Govt and Pvt. hospitals in India) In English, yes its India.
Biggest problem with India is literacy rate. India 75% and china 95%.

Even though china larger population than inida.
I could go on for like three to six hours still it wouldn't end.
kchur:
Go to a smallish city in China and see how many people can read more than a few common characters. Then remember that nearly half the country lives in rural areas.

My vote still goes with India because Indians always see the faults in their country. Self-criticism is the first step of self-improvement, and China on the whole will never take that step.
